Roasting
There are three different categories
we roast to:
Light roasting brings out the mild
flavors of the coffee without increasing
it acidity.
Medium is for ones that prefer stronger
coffee but not the overpowering effect
that dark roast has.
I personally prefer dark roast because
it brings out the ultimate flavors of the
coffee beans.
