Relationships and Self Confidence

Relationships are the most important thing in business. If you have a
relationship with your suppliers, customers and other businesses, they are less
likely to study your weaknesses. When he went to the Jets he had a terrible
season since he went there with the attitude that he will see how it goes. Since
his attitude was bad he had no relationship with the fans and the team and
there fore had a bad season.

We all need the right attitude. If we think we can be successful we will be. If you
do not have this attitude then the first minute adversity comes along you get
discouraged and there never perform well. A person with self confidence will
have goals and dreams which will make things happen. Self confidence also
plays in the sales field. A self confident person will help customers get what
they want. This is the essence of relationship building. Self confidence people
do not look for approval of others and they lead people.

To raise self confidence there are three simple rules:
1.        Do what is right.
2.        Do the best you can.
3.        Treat others like you want to be treated.
If you follow these your customers will ask and answer the questions they most
likely consider: Can I trust you and your product? Are you committed to
